What is Sterling Silver?
All of our jewellery is made with 100% 925 sterling silver. Since pure silver is too soft for jewellery, it is mixed with other metals to create a more durable material. The alloy consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper or zinc, to form sterling silver.
What stones do you use in your jewellery?
We use only the highest quality, handpicked stones in our jewellery. Our main stone options are Lumen Simulated Diamonds and Moissanite.
What is Lumen Simulated Diamond?
Lumen Simulated Diamonds are a high-quality alternative to natural diamonds. They are more scratch-resistant, durable, and feature better optical properties than diamonds, making them perfect for everyday wear. Lumen Simulated Diamonds offer exceptional fire and brilliance at an affordable price, exceeding the standard 4Cs of diamonds.
Will Moissanite pass the diamond test?
Yes, Moissanite stones will pass the diamond test.
Will your jewellery turn my finger green?
No, in almost all cases, our jewellery will not cause your finger to turn green. However, some individuals with high skin acidity may experience a reaction, especially in warm and humid conditions. This discoloration is typically harmless and can occur due to alloys in sterling silver reacting with body chemistry.
What is plating on your jewellery? Will it cause an allergic reaction?
We use rhodium plating on our jewellery, including white, yellow, and rose gold finishes. Rhodium plating enhances shine, durability, and scratch resistance while reducing tarnishing. Our jewellery is designed to be hypoallergenic, and we have not had reports of allergic reactions.
Will my jewellery lose stones?
No, we ensure that each piece of jewellery is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. We conduct three rounds of strict quality checks before shipment, and we take extra care in packaging to prevent damage. Stone loss is typically caused by improper handling or external impact.
Do you have any retail locations?
At the moment, we operate exclusively through our online store. We may open retail locations in the future.
How do you secure my payment information?
We prioritize your privacy and security. We do not process payment details ourselves; instead, we rely on secure, trusted services like PayPal and major credit cards to handle payments safely.

What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
What if I don’t like the product I purchased?
If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. Just return the item unused and in its original packaging, and we will process your refund.
