Our Customization Process
- Consultation: Start the process by scheduling a consultation with one of our experienced jewelry designers. During this session, we’ll discuss your ideas, preferences, and any specific requirements.
- Design Concept: Based on our consultation, our designers will create a custom design concept tailored to your vision. We will provide digital renderings or mockups to help you visualize the final piece.
- Size Selection: Choose from sizes ranging from 4 to 12 yards.
- Stone Material Selection: Select from Simulated Diamonds or Moissanite stones.
- Stone Color Selection: Choose from a wide range of colors such as White, Pink, Yellow, Blue, G-White, Green, Aquamarine Blue, Ruby, Morganite, Paraiba Tourmaline, Moonstone, Opal, Purple, Black, Champagne, Alexandrite, and more.
- Stone Shape Selection: Select your preferred stone shape including Round, Oval, Pear, Heart, Princess, Radiant, Cushion, Emerald, Marquise, Octagon, Asscher, or Trillion cuts.
- Metal Selection: Choose from 10k, 14k, 18k, or 22k Gold, Platinum, or Rose Gold.
- Plating Color Selection: Choose from Rose Gold, Yellow Gold, White Gold, or Black Gold finishes.
- Customized Pictures: You can also provide pictures for customization, and our professional designers will create something unique based on them.
- Engraving: Add a personal touch with custom engraving—whether it's a meaningful message, initials, or a special date.
- Design Modifications: Tailor existing designs to suit your preferences, whether adjusting the size, shape, or intricate details.

Customization Policy
- Pre-Order Consultation: Contact us before placing your order. We’ll provide you with details on whether your request is possible and calculate the price.
- Customization Processing Time: Since customizations are priced individually and made to order, additional time is required for processing, usually 15-20 working days.
- No Returns or Exchanges for Customized Jewelry: Customized jewelry cannot be returned, exchanged, or altered after creation.
- Engraving Policy: Engraved jewellery is also considered customized, and therefore the same policy applies.
